This Balm is made of organic oils and waxes-
 
Calendula oil - to assist with inflamation
Grapeseed + soy wax 
Magensium oil - to help the body absorb magnesium topically
 
Essential oils of -
Clary sage
Roman Chammomile 
Lavender 
 
These essential oils are really benefical to help with cramping, as well as being really soothing to the body , womb and nervous system.
