This is going to support the changing hormones and also support your sugar cravings also while regualting the nervous system.
Drink this instead of coffee and you can also drink it before bed - but just have one tea spoon.
Magnesium spray
Most of us are deficient in Magnesium and using this the week before your period will be a game changer, especially for all of the aches and pains and helping let the womb area and sacrum recieve the right amount of Magnesium.
Spray onto the soles of feet, lower back and sacrum in the luteal phase and the bleeding phase.
Womb cramp balm
This balm's base is magnesium and the essential oils in it are reallllly helpful to aid cramps when you are bleeding.
