How to Use (Yoni Steam):
Place a large heat-safe bowl into a clean toilet or under a yoni steam stool.
Add one generous handful (approx. 15–20g) of herbs and pour freshly boiled water over them (fill the bowl halfway).
Cover the bowl with a lid or plate and allow the herbs to steep for 5–10 minutes.
Remove the cover, wrap a towel or blanket around your waist to trap the steam, and sit comfortably above the bowl.
Steam for 5–30 minutes, tuning into your breath and body.
Discard used herbs after steaming. Follow with rest and warmth.
Alternate Use:
Can also be brewed as a daily tea infusion to support hydration, hormone balance, and inner calm. Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup, steep for 10–15 minutes, and strain.

Do not steam during pregnancy or menstruation
